What to Expect:
We will start with a detailed Care Consultation, either in person or online, to address any pressing questions and understand individual care needs, location preferences, budget and any specific requirements and wishes.
Using this information, we conduct a thorough search to find the most suitable care options meeting your desired criteria.
We then narrow down the results, providing you with a selection of top-quality, CQC-compliant providers, complete with:

At the end of the Session:
Our recommendations will be presented in a clear, organised format, helping you make informed decisions quickly.

This service is designed for clients who may find it challenging to research, view or interview care providers on their own. In addition to our standard Care Consultation and Care Search, a knowledgeable Care Adviser will accompany you to care home visits or meetings with home care providers.

Have a busy schedule and need help finding time to explore options.
Living abroad, or returning and need guidance on local care options.
Are unfamiliar with the area and need assistance finding suitable care services.

Following the in-depth Care Consultation (in person or online) and completing a Bespoke Care Search to shortlist suitable providers, we offer support by:
Accompanying you to visits and interviews with care providers at your own pace
Providing continuous emotional and professional support, ensuring you feel confident every step of the way
Thoroughly discussing and comparing all options, highlighting key factors to help you make an informed decision
Advocating for your unique circumstances, ensuring everyone you meet is aligned with what the best care looks and feels like to you.
At the end of the Session:
Once you have selected the right care provider, we will ensure all necessary paperwork is completed efficiently, making the transition as seamless as possible.
Your Care Adviser will continue to support you, ensuring you are fully settled with your chosen care provider.
We also collaborate with trusted professionals, including SOLLA-accredited financial advisors, solicitors and medical teams. This enables us to refer you to reputable experts for additional needs, such as funding, assessments, wills, or powers of attorney.
If you already have advisors, we are happy to liaise with them directly to coordinate these arrangements smoothly.
